Objectives - The Private Investigators Association in Israel (Non-Profit Organization)
The Private Investigators Organization in Israel was founded in 2017. The organization is a voluntary non-profit association, led by a board of directors headed by the chairman of the organization.
The success of the organization and its ability to achieve the goals it has set for itself largely depend on its size and the cooperation of its members.
Therefore, it is of great importance that all those involved in the field — investigators, trainees, office owners, and licensed investigators, both active and inactive — operate and register as members of the organization.
Among the main objectives of the association:
Provide representation for all private investigators and those defined as "investigative trainees" as per the meaning of the "Private Investigators and Security Services Law, 1972" and its regulations.
Maintaining professional oversight and enforcing mandatory standards of practice in conjunction with professional ethical principles.
To establish and operate educational and training frameworks based on specialized fields of expertise (such as cyber, intelligence, insurance, family law, economic matters, and more), in order to preserve and enhance professional standards.
The organization operates—and will continue to operate—to bring the importance of the profession and its contribution to individuals and society to the forefront of public awareness.
To combat the unauthorized practice of the profession by all legal means and to ensure the enforcement of the law on this matter by the competent authorities.
Establish liaison offices with major work providers to promote shared interests while ensuring fair and proper relations between clients and service providers.
We will work to strengthen ties with the relevant government ministry by establishing professional cooperation frameworks, including the appointment of a permanent representative to the licensing committee for investigators.
Promoting discussion and legislation on key issues that will improve the legal status of the private investigator and provide him with tools and resources to assist in his work.
To promote and cultivate relationships with parallel professional associations around the world.
To serve as a consumer organization in order to provide benefits in the fields of commerce, education, culture, entertainment, and leisure.
