Objectives - The Private Investigators Association in Israel (Non-Profit Organization)
The Private Investigators Association in Israel is organized as a voluntary non-profit organization and is led by a board of directors, with the chairman of the association at the helm.
Among the main objectives of the association:
Official Representation
Provide representation for all private investigators and those defined as "investigative trainees" as per the "Private Investigators and Security Services Law, 1972" and its regulations.
Professionalism
Establishing and maintaining educational and training frameworks based on unique areas of expertise (Cyber, Insurance Information, Family, Financial, etc.) in order to preserve and improve the level of professionalism.
Image Enhancement
The association will work to bring to the forefront and raise public awareness of the importance of the profession and its contribution to individuals and society.
Border Violations
Fighting against unauthorized practitioners in the profession using all legal means and ensuring the enforcement of the law on this matter by the relevant authorities.
Liaison Offices
Establishing liaison offices with key institutional clients to promote shared interests while maintaining fair and honest relations between clients and service providers.
Ministry of Justice
We will work to strengthen the relationship with the Ministry of Justice, which oversees the industry, by creating ongoing interactions and even bringing about the appointment of a permanent representative on the Investigators Licensing Committee.
Legislation
Promoting discussion and legislation on key issues that will improve the legal status of the private investigator and provide him with tools and resources to assist in his work.
Welfare
Expand the power of the membership as a consumer club due to the size of the association, which provides significant purchasing power. Utilize this strength as a unique feature for association members, for targeted marketing outreach, in order to receive discounts and benefits reserved for strong and organized entities.

The success of the association and its ability to achieve the objectives it has set for itself largely depend on its size (as an influential force for achieving these goals).
The success of the association also relies on the cooperation of the investigators and its public recognition.
Therefore, it is very important that all those involved in the industry (investigators, trainees, office owners, as well as active and inactive licensed investigators) function and register as members of the association!
